About me
With 22 years of experience in Newport News Public Schools, I have had the privilege of teaching science at both the high school and middle school levels. I am passionate about creating engaging, student-centered learning experiences through inquiry-based instruction, hands-on laboratory investigations, and STEM integration. My goal is to inspire curiosity, critical thinking, and a lifelong appreciation for science by providing students with opportunities to explore real-world problems and develop meaningful scientific skills.
