In this session, participants will discover how to ethically and effectively use AI tools to draft high-quality IEPs, focusing on crafting measurable goals and descriptive PLAAFPs (Present Levels of Academic Achievement and Functional Performance) in a fraction of the time. You will learn to prompt AI for student-specific accommodations while maintaining strict adherence to data privacy and district compliance standards. There are no technical prerequisites, but please bring a laptop and one "de-identified" (completely anonymous) draft or student profile to use during our hands-on practice. By the end of the hour, you will have a personalized toolkit designed to reduce paperwork burnout and return your focus to direct student instruction.
