Classroom management has become one of the most demanding aspects of teaching. Despite best efforts, many educators find themselves caught in cycles of redirection, disruption, and discipline that consume instructional time and energy. What's missing aren't better rules or more consequences. It's a deeper understanding of the behavioral and cognitive forces shaping what happens in the modern classroom on a daily basis. This session introduces a research-based framework grounded in behavioral science, psychology, and neuroscience. Participants will discover how student behavior is shaped by conditions that often go unrecognized, and how three critical areas of classroom practice (procedures, instruction, and relationships) can be strategically structured to create environments where positive behavior emerges by intention, not improvisation. Participants will walk away with:
  • A new lens for understanding student behavior
  • A framework that connects procedures, instruction, and relationships
  • Science-Backed Behavioral Strategies
This session will be beneficial for all classroom educators.
