Kimochis are a versatile, engaging tool that can help ALL students quickly and safely explore and manage their feelings. Kimochis are not just for counselors - they can be used effectively by anyone, with any age group, from individual interventions to classroom-wide! This session will introduce the philosophy behind Kimochis and allow participants to get some hands-on experience. Following this session, interested participants may choose to continue with a semester-long PLC with your presenters, after which they will receive access to the Kimochis learning portal, as well as receiving the full "mixed bag" of Kimochis plushies to keep! Please note that the PLC does involve some additional assignments, which will be discussed in our session.
