In this interactive session, Preschool teachers will design a customized Independence Blueprint focused on four key pillars: physical environment layout, visual cues, consistent daily routines, and high-impact student jobs. Attendees will leave with a ready-to-use plan and strategies to foster autonomy in the classroom, as well as parent communication ideas to help build independence at home. You will walk away with a clear roadmap to transition from classroom manager to instructional mentor while your students master the art of navigating their own learning day.
This session is intended for Pre-K (including veteran teachers, novice teachers, and Instructional Assistants). This session would benefit new teachers with less than 3 years of experience.
