In this engaging and practical session, a principal, instructional technology coach, and classroom teacher share how they built a thriving, innovation-driven school culture grounded in the theme “Make Bold Moves.” Attendees will explore how aligning vision, systems, and daily practices creates the conditions for risk-taking, collaboration, and meaningful instructional shifts.

This session would benefit educators who are elementary administrators, instructional coaches, teacher leaders, and classroom teachers.
